Ms.Menushika Perera,

Master of Education Management – MEd (EMgt), TESOL / TEFL Certified.

Menushika Perera is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a strong background in both the corporate and education sectors. A proud alumna of Bishop’s College, she holds a Diploma in Early Childhood and Preschool Education, a Senior Secretarial Proficiency qualification, and an international TESOL certification.

Her corporate experience spans key roles as Senior Secretary and Personal Assistant at Ernst & Young, Chemical Industries (Pvt) Ltd, and Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd. She also successfully coordinated large-scale events, including Colombo’s first international fashion show and the 3G launch for Mobitel.

In the field of education, Menushika has been passionately involved in teaching since 2015 as the Chairperson of EPIC Group. She conducts English language training for students of all ages—both local and international. She also trains adults in corporate communication, soft skills, and outbound leadership training. A certified IELTS and PTE coach, she has helped numerous students achieve their academic and migration goals.

Currently reading for her Master of Education, Menushika is deeply committed to community service and faith-based initiatives, making her a well-rounded and inspiring candidate for recognition.
